There is a concert Friday, May 5th with “Daddy’s Alright”, featuring the raw, soulful sounds of Dorian West (yes, the cheese guy from the farmer’s market!). Influenced by a wide variety of music genres, Daddy’s Alright offers up high-energy classic rock, soul, pop and dance/party music from the 60’s to the present. Park open August 31, 2016. The dedication celebration will take place Spring 2017. Project Background In 2007, the Town purchased an approximately 16-acre parcel designated as a future neighborhood park. The parcel is located on the south side of Morrisville Carpenter Road and the east side of Louis Stephens Drive (see map).
