Ho ho ho! Yes it’s that time of year again! Our annual Carpenter Village Breakfast With Santa is coming up on Saturday, December 5th from 9:30am – 11:30am at the CV clubhouse. Time with the big guy (and Mrs. Santa) is by online sign-up only (see below). And since it is a “Santa Breakfast”, there will be doughnuts, bagels, juice, and coffee for all to enjoy! Walking Trail Revitalization Project Update

The completion date for the replacement of the Lake Trail has been moved out to the week of Dec 15th. Several areas of the trail required reparation of the subsurface which will be completed this week (Dec 1-5). Asphalt paving is scheduled to start on Dec 8th and will take the rest of the week to complete (weather dependent). Following that, the turf areas will be repaired, seeded and strawed.
