Beginning in May 2017, the initial review of architectural review requests will be made by CDR (Community Design Review), located in Chapel Hill, NC. CDR will review submissions on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Their team consists of licensed professionals including an architect, landscape architect, and general contractor, who will make recommendations to the Carpenter Village Board of Directors. The CV Board will make final determinations on each submitted request during their monthly Board meetings. Please note that submittals need to be received in Omega Assn. Management’s office ten (10) days prior to the CDR meetings. Any submissions that do not contain all of the required documentation will be returned to the resident for completion. No work may begin until notice or approval is received.
