The Carpenter Village HOA clubhouse is a community facility that is available for private rentals by the members of the Carpenter Village Master Association. It is designed and maintained to provide a place for members to have parties, gatherings, special events, meetings, etc. Rental arrangements and clubhouse questions should be made through Laura Moushegian at Omega Association Management, Inc. via the Contact Page. Rental reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis.
Please review the Clubhouse Reservation & Usage Guidelines for payment information as well as general information about the clubhouse. Once you have confirmed a reservation date with Omega, you will need to fill out the Clubhouse Reservation Contract and send it into the Omega office along with the deposit and rental fee in order to finalize your reservation. The contract and payment must be received in the Omega office a minimum of 10 business days prior to the requested reservation date.
